My friend Erich Sheninger from the Edu World told me blogging is a way we could communicate our thoughts and ideas. I agree with this enough to attempted to do this once again.
The more blogs I read the more I believe he is right. I have lots of ideas and opinions, and if for no one else, I should have a place in this world where I am putting them down. The only way that I can grow in this space is to be in this space.
There have been several changes with me and in my system since my first post. The district has gone through a couple of superintendents. I have gone through three assistant principals when I was a principal. I am now a central office worker and I have the pleasure of working with schools all over the district as the Coordinator of Instructional Technology. The podcast that I got to co-host with the dynamic duo of Mari Venturino and Justin Brickbichler is no longer a thing. Lastly, one of the Twitter chats I co-moderated with the amazing Julie Davis (#ChattTechChat) dissolved into #TnEdChat ( Find us Tuesday's at 8:00 pm eastern).
I will attempt to share what I think is "for the good of the masses." If you want my take on something particular just let me know. This will be mostly me and my Ed Tech world.
